Description:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each patient.
- Use evidence-based strategies to improve speech and language outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and home practice guidance.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure well-rounded, coordinate care.
- Complete documentation including evaluations, progress reports, and daily notes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
- Licensed in Texas.
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and age ranges.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
